About Me

I work where human rights, democratic resilience, and trustworthy information are at stake. Across higher education, human rights, and digital transformation initiatives, I have built the systems and capacity that allow ambitious missions to succeed in complex, cross-border environments.

I thrive in uncharted territory: designing operational, governance, and training systems where the playbook doesn’t yet exist. My political science background keeps me focused on the underlying forces shaping these systems, from global technology competition to the risks of democratic erosion. This ensures the solutions I build are not just functional, but also equitable, resilient, and context-aware.

I’m bringing my experience in education, human rights, and institutional governance to emerging challenges in:

  • AI governance and the operationalization of new regulatory frameworks
  • Information integrity and democratic resilience
  • Governance of synthetic media and authenticity standards
  • Academic integrity in the AI era

I hold a Ph.D. in International Studies from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA, USA, and master’s degrees in International Relations and US Foreign Policy from the University of Leicester and the University of London in the UK, respectively. My undergraduate degree from De Montfort University is in Media Studies and American Studies.

I collaborate with organizations, networks, and institutions that are building the next generation of governance and capacity in high-stakes, fast-changing fields. If you’re tackling an emerging challenge and need systems that work in the real world, let’s talk.
